You must inform the club of when you wish to leave the club to enable the club to stop your subscriptions, notification must be supplied in writing to forsythsabc@hotmail.com by the 25th of the month prior to the next months payment. Failure to inform us of a child leaving will mean that subscriptions will continue until we are informed with no refund.
